Once the Santa Clause Rally has come to an end, a couple of penny stocks have caught my eye for January 2011 and beyond. Many are convinced that 2011 is going to be a very eventful year with fascinating movements and growth patterns in various market sectors. It’s not quite as clear where these sectors of the market are! Regardless, here are a few stocks you should keep an eye on.
On Track Innovations (NASDAQ: OTIV) has seen quite a significant movement in share prices as a result of recent news. It has pushed just barely past the 4 dollar mark before retreating and retreated backwards to the 3.74 mark, where it will likely rest for a while before making its next move. It’s a difference of a dollar from the previous low this month, and it is probably due in great part to new contracts settles with Ganis Systems.
It has a lot of potential for further growth down the road. As penny stocks go, it is not too common to see one gaining a huge edge like this in the markets. Ganis can give them an additional source of technology to keep their customers happy, who mainly consist of corporations in need of security and identification services. More products in their line up provides a greater stream of revenues.
One other incredible stock to look for is Imperial Resources (OTC:IPRC). As of getting a new CEO in December, this penny stock is gearing itself more aggressively towards acquiring new resources and new territory. They have just settled a new lease agreement for 35 acres of land that could help catapult their revenues in the coming year.
IPRC is taking on the one dollar price point per share. This is as a result of new aggressive actions taken by the company as well as great financial management to settle debt and create growth and they are looking to renew the company’s commitment to progress and power. Keep close watch on this penny stock!
